We base all our work on relationships: with the communities we work in, with our clients, with our material, with our social and natural environment.

We are committed to co-creation and empowerment.

We document and tell stories.

We hold space for communities to collectively articulate themselves.

We offer training for individuals and groups to tell their own story: to produce creative material through community workshops and facilitated experiential education – including writing, videography, walking, recording, discussing, acting.

We work low to the ground to minimize our impact on the environment and the communities where we record.  This typically means we send small teams of 1 to 3 people to film a project, or facilitate a workshop, and use minimal equipment to minimize disruption.
